This weekend I went to a base course for Bach Flower remedies..

I never expected it to be so very interesting! I’m a bit overwhelmed but so fascinated.. It’s simply amazing! I’m definitely going to work with them and try them on myself, David and of course our Cavaliers.. Qwick has been taking some Bach flower remedies for a few weeks now and we’re really starting to see a difference! He’s really tolerating more from both Qnotje and Qwebble.. It’s very touching to see it

When I came home on Saturday David told me that he saw something earlier that day he hadn’t seen before.. All 3 dogs were lying together on the terras! Normally Qnotje and Qwebble lay very close to but Qwick always keeps his distance.. Now they were close all 3 of them! Hearing something like that sure melts my heart

So were going to start using them even more and hopefully we will all get emotionally balanced in the future

Vorige week vrijdag was het zover.. Timo kwam logeren! Timo is een blenheim reu’tje van 1 jaar. Timo is het hondje van Cindy (aka Flo) en komt helemaal uit het verre West Vlaanderen!

De eerste dagen waren een beetje onrustig en rumoerig hoor.. Timo was het duidelijk niet gewend om te leven tussen andere hondjes.. Maar na de nodige correcties van zowel Qwick als Qnotje gaat het nu al VEEL beter! Nog maar af en toe hoor je eens een grommetje of een uitvliegende Qwick maar dat heeft dan meestal te maken met een kauwbeentje.. Tja, eten.. het zal altijd iets raars blijven zeker?

Qua eten is Timo’tje wel een heel ander geval dan die van ons hoor.. Wat kan het hem nu maken als zijn brokjes daar staan? Of als een ander die wil opeten? Af en toe ging het vlotjes maar meestal kwam er toch wel een andere hond aan te pas om hem zijn brokjes te doen opeten

Verder is ie ook mee gaan wandelen afgelopen zondag met ‘t Meuteke en daar heeft ie zich echt laten gaan hoor Hij heeft geblaft voor 10 (Is het niet Mica )

Al bij al is het een leuke week geweest en vooral David knuffelt er HEEL graag mee, hij zegt altijd dat het een klein Qwickske is

For once not a post about our doggies (who are doing fine by the way ) but a little something about my birthday present I got from David…

Finally after months of waiting I received my birthday present (3 months after my birthday).. I had to wake up at 5:30am this Saturday, something I didn’t really like since I’m pretty tired with everything that has been going on the last couple of weeks, and then we left.. Only when we were past Brussels he told me where we were going to..

To my surprise we were on our way to Disneyland in Paris!! As I was telling him I didn’t want to do anything active, all that changed in just a matter of seconds when I found out where we were heading for

We arrived around 10:45am and we got to the park around lunch time.. We had 2 wonderful days (despite the colds we have) and on Sunday evening we drove home..

Our neighbours looked after Qwick, Qwebble and Qnotje and I simply can’t say thank you enough..
